Genevieve Turns ONE!

During her eleventh month, Genevieve had just 3 teeth, was taking her first steps, and spoke her first word: "Dada"! She then went on to speak these other words: ball, hat, Jesus, sock. Genevieve also learned how to use sign language for the following words: milk, eat, more, drink, hat. Genevieve is thoroughly obsessed with hats and we'll often find her trying on pieces of clothing too. Maybe she'll enter the fashion world one day?

We can't believe our baby is already 12 months old! She can now walk across a room and is going further every day. Genevieve can speak the following words: outside, bird, cheese, cereal, strawberry, Mama, bunny, bow. She has also learned how to sign these words: please, toothbrush, ball, bath. Genevieve likes to look at books and stack/un-stack different items. Her newest obsession is finding birds, whether they're fake or real! Genevieve is very loving and likes to join in when Mommy and Daddy share a kiss. She is such a character and keeps us guessing as to what new face she'll make next. Now if only she'd stop growing up so fast...
