Happy Halloween and All Saint's Day from the Lantigua's!
Sofia's Halloween weekend began with the treat and ended with the trick. Here she is eating her first piece of chocolate which caused her to go to bed no later than midnight the entire weekend hence the trick on us.

The next part of our Halloween extragavanza was taking Sofia to a pumpkin patch and petting zoo. Due to the chocolate and late night, she does not look too enthused in these pictures but she did enjoy herself. Well, at least David and I enjoyed thinking she was enjoying herself.
We are thinking for Sofia: "Look how big I am!"
She is thinking: "Where are the animals?"
She loves pigs.... as long as they are in her picture books and do not smell.

"Where are they taking me?"
"Finally, a kindred spirit who understands me"

"Finally, a kindred spirit who understands me"She is thinking: "Now is my chance; where is the nearest exit?"
Sofia: "There is no way out."
Sofia: You promised me more chocolate.
Petting the mule
There is a smile. She is looking at goats.
We are not going to read into that.
Sofia: That pile of leaves over there would be more fun.
Hurray!
Finally, on Halloween day we took Sofia to a party with some of her friends. She was supposed to be dressed up as, very appropriately, a chatty duck, but she would not let us put her costume on. She thought we were trying to suffocate her as we were putting it on so we said forget the duck, you will be a Notre Dame cheerleader! After all, she says "Goal" and "Touchdown" very well.
